What is STAFF PORTAL

The UDOM STAFF PORTAL is a web-based portal designed to manage staff information at the University.

The system has six modules

  • Staff Data
  • Leave Management,
  • Research Project Management
  • Promotion Publications Vetting,
  • Imprest Management.
UDOM STAFF PORTAL is developed under the leadership of the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor – Finance & Administration.


How to Login

  • Username: your udom official email (eg.  john.doe@udom.ac.tz)
  • Password:  please change your password regularly
